We have devised a system that will ultimately give agents more time to generate more leads and close more deals. With Agent Support, your agents no longer have to stay glued to the computer making sure documents are signed and title work has been ordered.
How It Works
The process begins with a quick email to the Agent Support team. Once an email is received it is then delegated to an agent support staff member and they will remain on that file.
Support
Agent Support can jump in at any point during the process to manage an agent's file and stay in contact with clients, lenders, and title agencies.
Closing
Agent Support will manage an agent's file all the way until a commission check is in their hand.
TAKING YOUR FILE FROM START TO CLOSE
Our system provides a communication route between all parties involved in each transaction to keep agents on track. Once an agent gets a signed purchase or listing agreement, an Agent Support team member will help manage that file all the way to closing. Your agents can finally rest easy knowing that the right people are maintaining their files.
